Assistant Manager - Acceptance - Auto Loans (2-5 yrs)

We are a 13 year young recruitment firm with a global reach named ArCent Global. We provide dependable top level talent to our clients. Most of our clients are leading MNCs and CMM level companies.

We have a global giant client which is one of the world's most aspiring brand in luxury automotive space. With their products playing in almost all the countries, their Indian operation started in about 2007 and now has about 500 employees in India. The global organization has 31 production and assembly facilities in 15 countries. It is also a provider of premium financial and mobility services with global sales network.

Currently we are looking to hire an - AM- ACCEPTANCE- for their HO in Gurgaon, though they are going to WFH most of this year. The details of the role are below-

- Title - Assistant Manager Acceptance

- Reports to - Manager Acceptance

- Role of the described function- Project Management, functional Leadership, Disciplinary Leadership, Leading of disciplinary Managers

JOB SCOPE -

- Size of sales target / budget / volume - Sanctioning specified no. of files a month along with other responsibilities assigned.

- Geographical scope - PAN India

BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES -

Products - ALL Group Brands Retail Loans and Lease Contracts

Service - Retails Finance Operations

SUMMARY OF JOB - The role holder is responsible for analysing, reviewing and making decision for credit applications for retail financing within stipulated turnaround time.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

CREDIT UNDERWRITING.

- Strict adherence to all relevant RBI & Internal Guidelines.

- Checking of KYC documents.

- Analysing the customer's financials.

- Extracting CIBIL reports.

- Decision retail loan applications - New cars and Used Cars.

- Managing the decision quality so as to achieve organization targets.

- Restructuring and rebooking retails loans.

MIS.

- Collate information for MIS preparation.

- Prepare reports for management information.

- Preparation of Scorecards for customers and dealers.

- Do projects on ad hoc basis.

- Manage turnaround time with regards to F&I Managers and dealerships.

- Coordinating with IT for automation of reports.

DATA ANALYSE.

- Analysis data to understand the retail financing trends on LTV, Look to Book Ratio, etc.

- Detailed analysis of delinquent customers.

- Suggest new products to Risk or amendments to existing Risk Guidelines.

- Preparation of Dealer Scorecard and drawing inference from the same to steer the F&I Managers.

- Providing requirements to IT for any changes to system leading to efficiency or better control.

AGENCY MANAGEMENT.

- Managing external agencies involved in Field Investigation, Document Verification and Used Car Valuation.

- Measuring their efficiency and suggesting ways to improve turnaround time.

- Verification and correct payment of Agency bills.

TRAINING.

- Prepare presentations for team training.

- Dealer Front End (DFE) data quality check and giving feedback to F&I Managers.

- Training of F&I Managers at F&I Manager's Meet and on dealership visit.

- Training of external Agencies.

PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF INTERACTION WITH INTERNAL / EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS AND KEY CONTACTS

- F&I Managers, Area Managers & Dealers for loan sanctioning, other queries, MIS and reports.

- Accounts and Controlling for data collation & reporting.

- Management for MIS, reports & data presentations

- Contract Servicing related activities with CIC, Commercial Finance and Collections.

- Product team for changes in sub products and understanding of new offering to dealers and customers.

- Compliance and Internal Audit for changes in relation to KYC and documentation and Internal / External Audit.

CHALLENGES WITH REGARD TO INNOVATION AND CHANGE

- Good analytical skills, understanding of retail loans.

- Ability to evaluate and vet new technologies/ products/ processes.

- Ability to work under pressure and stretch to meet deadlines.

- Problem solving skills / Communication skills / Interpersonal Skills.

- Eye for detail / meticulous and ability to adapt.

- Conflict resolution through effective dialogue.

- Should be ready to work in shifts and on Saturdays.

EDUCATION - Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate in Commerce / Banking / Finance or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE - 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in retail loans, preferably auto loans.

REQUIREMENTS OF SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS ETC

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in Retail Loan operations with Banking / NBFC .

- Well versed with RBI restructuring guidelines

- Thorough knowledge of KYC documents and the related checks. Proficiency in MS Office especially in Word, Excel and Power Point. Team player with high energy levels and positive attitude/ approach.

- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels with conviction Ability to handle high pressure situations.

2. Are willing to join virtually from home and then do WFH but willing to work from Gurgaon after removal of lockdown.

3. Are open to work as an IC. (individual contributor).

4. Are open for a title of AM

5. Are not expecting CTC of more than INR 12.5 LPA

6. Are not expecting more than 22% hike.
