Assistant Manager - Academic Operations - Analytics Education

Responsibilities:

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to) :

- Contribute to the instructional design and delivery of the executive programs offered by Institute

- Own academic activities, delivery and participant's learning experience so that participants are continually engaged during the duration of the course

- Identify and create best in class learning material for various courses in analytics

- Ensure the quality of the content released to participants and ensure a standardized delivery across different geographies and batches

- Identify faculty and industry guests to ensure participants have a superior learning experience

- Support faculty in creating and delivering courses

- Stay abreast of latest developments in the analytics industry

- Develop and execute improvement plans to align efficient business operations with customer satisfaction

- Manage a team of program managers at various locations to ensure the delivery of the programs across various batches

Relevant Background:

- Qualification: Masters preferable

- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of R, Tableau, Excel among other data analysis/modeling tools is required

- Location: Gurgaon (preferred), else Bangalore

Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
