Key Account Role : This is the role of Key Account for FMCG category with Unicorn Start-up requires the candidate to build, manage and develop long-term relationships with selected set of Key Accounts(FMCG Companies) in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's presence, identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans as per the timelines. We are looking for Candidates for FMCG Category who are managing relationships with FMCG companies in Modern Retail format or some one who is managing relationships with FMCG Companies for Modern Trade Channel. Job Responsibilities: - The candidate will be an expert in Key Account Management and will be responsible for building formidable relationships with select set of Accounts to drive agreed business growth and turnover - The candidate will be responsible for business and market development and have a keen eye for opportunities for growth and execute key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share - The candidate will be responsible for driving TOT adherence and closing the JBP with the accounts, reviewing and achieving the same. Key Relationships: - Reports to : National KAM- S, who in turn report to Business Head for FMCG Category who in turns report to the founders - Managing multiple key accounts for the assigned region - Involved into Joint business plan and TOTs. - Individual Contributor Role - Location : Bangalore / Delhi Education: full time MBA 3-6years of experience
