Assistant General Manager - Trade Marketing - FMCG (5-15 yrs)
AGM Trade Marketing
Major Responsibilities :
- Drive overall Customer Marketing capabilities and design Commercial Plans along with Team around III core areas.
- Channel Strategy (GTM & Channel Programs)
- Sales Automation ( DMS ),
- Productivity and efficiency of 3P Teams with optimum ROI.
- Develop winning Route & Go to Market and strategies
a. Sales & Distribution Planning & execution
b. Developing, coordinating and networking NPI GTM plan while working very closely with all the relevant stake holders
- Channel strategy for MT & GT
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve Trade Sales
a. Channel Management
b. 3P ( DB Salesman , ISR )deployment, engagement, training & development
c. Driving productivity & efficiency
d. Defining & driving trade KPIs in close co-ordination with Sales, Brand & Comex team
- Driving Sales Automation Systems & Process
a. Mobility
b. DMS
c. Design KPI and process efficiencies
- Driving sales formats & process uniformity and maintain Trade Sales & distribution data repository
- Sales plan for NPI and NPI tracking
- Develop processes to Track plan / execute & monitor sales launch plan for all NPD
- Track and measure the NPD launch for the first phase in coordination with Sales / Marketing & Demand Planning.
