Assistant General Manager - School Expansion @ Pune (8-18 yrs)

Job Overview Will be responsible for Administration, Sales, Marketing & Expansion for a Chain of Schools based in South India in Pune. Should have proven competency and cross functional leadership in managing teams, setting targets and executing plans to ensure said targets are met. This role is a senior role and would also require P&L management for the region.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Identifying locations for setting up of a new Branch

- Liasoning with the owner, builder and the Central Office in getting things done on time

- Planning and Meeting Targets for Sales and Expansion

- Recruitment and training of Branch Staff (Principal, Vice Principal, Accountant etc.)

- Streamlining Administration

- Handling P&L

- Strategize marketing plans, and execute them with a team

Qualification & Eligibility :

- Graduate / Post Graduate -
Mandatory , 5 to 12 years of Experience in Education sector, Should be open to learn and adopt new-age practices in marketing

- Proven Leadership capabilities, driving teams successfully to achieve targets, consistently.
