Plans for achievement of sales targets and store activity level by monitoring constantly and consistently, thereby attaining goals through successful performance 2. Plan, manage, control and responsible for selling activities to achieve sales and profit targets 3. Work closely with Customer Sales & Service staff to maintain close relationships with customers; ensure calls are productive, new promotions communicated effectively, and customer service is maintained at high level 4. Prepare statistic report and analyze sales data in each category 5. Follow competitor activities and propose in-store promotions to improve sales volume; communicate to Commercial Department 6. Verify and control standard of merchandise, especially quality and freshness of all Fresh items 7. Follow-up on promotion proposals to improve sales as budgeted 8. Monitor pricing to be competitive; survey competitors' pricing to analyze and maintain pricing image ; communicate findings with Commercial Department People: 1. Ensures the attainment and maintenance of the highest possible manpower productivity level per person through coordination with HR in areas: quality recruitment, competitive compensation package, system of rewards, objective performance assessment, and the establishment and enhancement of motivational systems in accordance with HR policies 2. Ensures that work performance is evaluated for all staff, with proper discipline issued on a fair and consistent basis 3. Determines career path objectives for the team and works to strengthen their knowledge within the operation 4. Ensures employees are treated with respect, and morale is maintained at a high level 5.
