Position - Assistant General Manager - Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Pre sales Managing sales, inquiries / walk-ins at site sales office.
- Handling team of closing managers and helping them in negotiation and successful closure of sale. Adhering to the sales and collection target in sync of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensuring strong pipeline of leads for the assigned project. Training team members about the sales process to be followed.
- Post sales Co-ordination with CRM team for the collection of the due amount. Co-ordination with CRM team for the documentation; like LOI, Payment Receipts and AFS. Understand customer queries / needs related to modifications in the unit; communicate the costing of modifications and post customer approval communicating it to execution team.
- Market Research / Reports- Conduct market study, analyze information and report to the management with appropriate recommendations and suggestions. Understand the demographics of the location and give suggestions to the marketing team for catchment areas etc. Submitting Monthly & Fortnightly reports to the management - Monthly Sales report, Lead status MIS, Competitor survey etc.
- Project Approvals - Coordinating for the Projects Approvals from bank and other Financial Institutions & disbursement
