Assistant General Manager - Sales - Payroll Outsourcing Business (10-20 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bringing in new clients for payroll outsourcing services
- Identify Business Development Areas through extensive research.
- Lead generation of potential clients through various channels, conversion to prospects.
- Sign-up process - Proposal drafting based on Team Manager's inputs and coordinating with key stakeholders for agreement signing
- Handles Escalations with Clients / Business Development
- Client Interactions, Mining of Clients
- Ownership of collections, bad debts, process-related activities like offers, recons, do ability targets
- Good English communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Confident and aggressive Sales and Business Development professionals with demonstrable sales experience.
- Go-getter with the ability to work under pressure.
- Behavioural skills - Confidence, Persistency, Maturity, Adaptability, Assertive, proactive
- Knowledge skills - Sales & marketing, Highly analytical, Good presentation skills,
- Should be mature and level headed
- Well-versed with MS Office
- Good negotiator and quick decision maker
- Good to have prior experience in concept or services sales with large corporate clients
- Team & Vertical Leadership - Complete awareness and knowledge building around the allotted verticals.
- Creative thinkers with a Consultative/ Solution sales approach
- Experience in a client front ending/delivery team/ volume sales would be preferred
- Experience in payroll outsourcing business is preferable
