Role Summary:
- Driving aggressive growth in delivery business.
- We are looking for an innovative, individual to overdrive and oversee the direct to consumer online business through 3rd party, platforms with a unique combination of digital content, social media, CRM, digital media execution, customer service and fulfillment operations.
Desired Experience :
1. IIT and 5-7 years of post-qualification balanced experience of managing SALES and P&L MANAGEMENT. An experience pf working in a startup environment will be an added advantage.
2. Prior experience of functioning as a profit centre head is desired. Responsible for top-line/bottom-line
3. Experience of working with 3rd party vendors and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets.
4. Experience of continuous improvement of sales and revenue management goals.
5. Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting
6. Working experience with diverse groups / stakeholders
7. Experience working in a complex environment where there may be conflicting objectives, ability to navigate and pull all into a broader system view, and ability to effectively engage vendors to achieve a goal
