Assistant General Manager - Sales Mining Explosives Key Accountability : - Develop relationship with mining companies for sell of explosive. - Ensuring Company brand visibility. - Implementation of annual budget for the region - Compliance to Explosive Rules & Other Statutes - Logistic and Accounts Financial Dimensions : - Financial budget to be managed for the area of operation. - Ensuring NSPs/ Prices are maintained customer wise for the dealers in area of responsibility. - Deliver volume targets for the area of responsibility. Internal Relations : - Maintain good relationship with Logistics, Manufacturing & commercial team understand their challenges, brainstorm to come up with solutions and put a combined effort to deliver KPI's. - Ensuring product availability & timely delivery for customers in consultation with Logistics department
