AGM/DGM Job Description (In-charge for 3 States - MP, Gujarat, Rajasthan- Business Unit)
- Should have Sales & Marketing experience in Agro Chemical Industry
- Should have good geographical exposure of the above mentioned 3 States (could be in the ratio of 45% (MP), 35% (Gujarat) and 20% (Rajasthan) of total experience.
- Should have good communication, interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
- Exploring the new business opportunities
- Responsible to achieve the assigned targets of the Business Unit
- Managing the channel sales and executing the promotional plans
- Leading sales team of about 150 (120 Frontline and remaining Manager level)
- Responsible for the collection of outstandings
- Must be B.Sc Ag . M.Sc Ag is preferable. Degree/Diploma in Management is an added advantage.
- Min Exp : 14 of similar in Agrochemical / pesticides Sales & Marketing. Out of which 5 - 6 years should be in Leadership role (People Manager).
- CTC: Resonable hike on Current CTC (Salary is not a limiting factor for deserving candidates).
