About the Role:
Company: Unicorn in the PropTech space.
Designation: Associate General Manager (AGM) Loan Process.
Function: Home Loan & Real Estate Lending.
Experience Required: 10+ years in loan processing, preferably in builder channel or home loan sourcing.
Compensation: 25-30 LPA (+ incentives).
Reports To: Vertical Head Lending Division.
Team Structure: Leads Cluster Heads and Key Account Managers.
Industry Preference: PropTech, Banking (Home Loan vertical), NBFC, or Real Estate Lending.

Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and experienced professional to join our client as AGM Loan Process.
The role will focus on leading a team responsible for sourcing home loans through external channels, managing builder relationships, and driving growth within the home loan segment.
This is a leadership role that combines business development, process ownership, and people management.
The ideal candidate should bring deep understanding of loan disbursal cycles, external loan sourcing operations, and have a knack for managing builder/channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
I] Business Development:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector.
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to expand the client base.
Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
- Leverage insights to craft customized pitches and proposals.
Sales & Revenue Goals:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Networking:
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company and forge valuable relationships.
Client Servicing:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial briefing to final execution.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, production, and logistics.
- Convert client briefs into actionable and high-quality project plans.
Issue Resolution:
- Respond promptly to client concerns and ensure resolution without compromising on service quality.
Upselling & Retention:
- Implement retention strategies to drive repeat business.
- Identify upselling opportunities that align with client needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in home loans, loan processing, or builder-focused lending.
- Proven experience in handling external channel/partner networks.
- Experience leading large teams and managing pan-regional operations.
Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of loan underwriting, credit checks, and disbursal protocols.
- Strategic thinking and ability to implement process improvements.
