Job Description : - The Assistant General Manager would be responsible for the sales performance of General Trade & for Mumbai and Up-Country. - The AGM will supervise and lead the Sales Managers in delivering the overall territory sales objectives. - Supervise, monitor the execution and take pro-active initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the companies policies and strategies. - The incumbent would lead and coach the Sales Team reporting to him/her. - It would be his/her obligation to form an efficient and effective team that is perfectly cooperative with all internal and external partners. Desired Candidate : - Should possess a high degree of people management skills, planning & analytical skills to handle complex situations. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Should have hands on and deep knowledge of General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale and Sub - D model. - We should have a minimum of 14+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
