Will be responsible for managing ABMs & CSE and field force who takes care of Territories such as Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for our Beverages Brands

This role reports to - General Manager

Location : Corporate office location in Chennai but expected travel to Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Odisha Extensively.

Educational Qualifications :


- MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Management

- Preferably should have handled multi-state/regional level responsibility in previous assignments 


- Should have handled both retail and wholesale in the previous assignment

- Should have rich experience in General Trade

- Should have handled new Brand Launches and its subsequent stages

Experience Required :

- 10-15 years prior experience in a reputed FMCG company

- Must have worked in at least 2 States include Tamil Nadu and currently handling RSM/ State Head

Responsibilities :

- Establish new Distribution and Business across all States Go getter and result oriented attitude

Functional Skills Required :

- Understanding of FMCG categories (Beverages)

- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Fluency in the local language would be preferred. Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential.

Developing and Implementing :

- Develop and ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the region within budgeted costs

- Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company's products


- Propose sales promotion plan/schemes to the Sales Head

Identifying and Monitoring Distributors :

- Identify and network with distributors for deeper market penetration and reach

- Work closely with dealers and distributors and assist them to promote the Company's products Monitoring :

- Analyze market response/requirements and communicate the same to the Marketing team - Plan and monitor new product launches in coordination with the Marketing Team

- Manage the distribution network and C&F agents with periodic monitoring of sales and collections

- Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends

Languages to be known : Tamil, Telugu, English
