Assistant General Manager - Sales - FMCD/FMCG - IIT (5-10 yrs)
Role:
Driving aggressive growth in delivery business. We are looking for an innovative individual to overdrive and oversee the direct to consumer online business through 3rd party platforms with a unique combination of digital content, social media, CRM, digital media execution, customer service and fulfilment operations.
Desired Experience :
1. IIT and 5-7 years of post-qualification balanced experience of managing SALES and P&L MANAGEMENT. An experience pf working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
2. Prior experience of functioning as a profit centre head is desired. Responsible for top-line /bottom-line
3. Experience of working with 3rd party vendors and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets.
4. Experience of continuous improvement of sales and revenue management goals.
5. Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting
6. Working experience with diverse groups / stakeholders
7.Experience working in a complex environment where there may be conflicting objectives, ability to navigate and pull all into a broader system view, and ability to effectively engage vendors to achieve a goal.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities :
- Work with the 3rd party platforms, leveraging the budget framework and KPIs as a channel to drive business & customer satisfaction
- Set up and monitor KPIs with Channel partners
- Drive the development of social media tactics as a channel strategy
- Understanding and ownership of P&L
- Hands-on with Data & Presentation skills
Reporting: Will be reporting to head of operations
Requirements :
Sales / PNL experience is a must.
Startup experience is a must.
Candidate must be an Engineer from IIT ( Delhi, Mumbai, Kharagpur, Roorkee and Madras)
