Assistant General Manager - Sales - Automation Product

The Incumbent will require to to do business development/ sales for the Automation Products (PLC,I/O,HMI and Software Products). Minimum 15 years of Strategic Sales Experience in business to business sales and engineering support environment.

Experience to Programming with IEC61131 and CoDeSys is essentially required.

Strong Business Development Skills required

Primary job responsibilities include -

1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in targeted customer accounts.

2. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet industry segments performance objectives.

3. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct / indirect sales channel.

4. Proactively lead company's planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

5. Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

6. Focusing on growing and developing clients, together with generating new business.

7. You will act as the key interface between the customer and Product/Business Management divisions at Company's HQ.

Requirements

1. Minimum 15 years of strategic sales experience in a business to business sales & engineering support environment.

2. Prior experience to programming with IEC 61131 and CoDeSys would be essential. Exposure to programming in other fieldbus protocols like Ethernet, Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, CanOpen, DALI etc. is highly desirable & would be preferred.

3. Strong business development skills.

4. Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level & relationship building.

5. Highly self-motivated.

6. Excellent command over written & spoken English. Knowledge of German language desirable, but not essential.
