Assistant General Manager - Retail Sales - Garments & Fashion Industry (8-13 yrs)
- Head and manage the overall sales strategy and policy in line with Business Plan.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per Business Plan, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
- Help business head in developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
- Analyse the sales & market share data - SKU wise, brand wise, town/city wise & state wise and guide the sales team.
- Negotiate terms of sales with major wholesale and e-commerce clients that will maximize the organization's business interests.
- Responsible for building and managing relations with key clients and establishing large volume, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention & loyalty.
