- Developing SOPs for the quality department & implementing of quality standards as per the quality policy of the organization, beginning

- Coordinating/Conducting cross functional audits

- Developing clinical quality indicators in line with the quality policy.

- Implementing accreditation and certification standards.

- Implementation of commandments, driving, standardization

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

Qualification and Experience:

Qualification: Post Graduate degree preferably MBA/MHA with special training in quality audits and accreditation.

Experience: 5+ years experience in quality function, Overall 10 years

Skills and Knowledge:

- Technical knowledge of NABH standards. Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is preferable.

- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective operations for the protection of Organizations

- Knowledge up gradation about international accreditation.

- Problem solving
