AGM - Product Development - Mumbai (FMCG/ Retail)

We need candidates who have experience in FMCG Industry in Product Formulations, product development, product pricing, etc. should be having experience in home care categories only.

Job description :

- Product Development and Sustenance for various household & personal care products for Private Labels brand

- End-to-end responsibility starting from product brief to prototypes to product formulations to manufacturing set up and production

- Vendor Development - this includes developing new vendors, vendor capacity development, cost management

- Supplier Development - Development of RM/ingredient suppliers and ingredients to improve products and vendor capability

- Bring relevant technology into the design, manufacturing, and packaging of HPC products

- Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitive data to identify opportunities and make recommendations for maximizing revenue & profitability

- MSc in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry from a reputed University

- 8-10 years of work experience as an R&D resource or a product development resource in a reputed HPC space

- Ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams, managing complexity and getting work done

- Should be flexible with regular travel
