Experience : 10 to 17 Yrs
Handled Team Size : 40+ reporters (Indirect & Direct)

Preferred Current Designation : AVP, DGM, GM, AGM, department
CTC Range : 28 LPA ( Fixed + Variable)
Location : Navi Mumbai ( Onsite)
Job Responsibilities :
KRA's and Key Activities :
- Manage overall performance of the F&A AP process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction, and team management
- Manage all Accounts Payable activities for the entire group
- Individual who can handle 7 to 10 Lac invoices per annum of volumes with various complexities. some of the examples being TMC / Shipping / Retentions / Deductions / Bank Guarantees/
- The person who has managed India and Global operations
- Can work with leadership to manage Perception of the process across the Businesses and vendors
- Responsible for Transitioning new businesses and processes with a minimum Headcount increase
- Leadership to build controls and create Dashboards; create in-house quality check procedures
- Responsible for payment execution of all plants transitions, ranging from 10 to 15000 Cr per annum
- The person who can interact with CFOs / Plant heads and articulate issues and performance
- Giving Signoffs on projects from an Accounts Payable perspective and driving projects
- Manage and resolve Adhoc escalations/issues related to accounts payable in discussion with CFO'S/Corporate HR/Plant finance Head and various user groups to solve on an urgent basis.
- Drive transformation Initiatives (IT, Processes, big-ticket) at the group levels like Ariba, robotics, Invoice Tracking, and workflows.
- Negotiate, develop and deliver SLAs and ensure flawless execution of operational processes and procedures by the SSC team
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for AP function on a timely and accurate basis
- Drive continuous improvement through re-engineering, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, benchmarking, and analytics to assure progressive service levels and lower costs
- Represent AP function in SSC governance meetings and performance reviews
- Actively engage with AP team leads and key managers to ensure customer satisfaction and address their pain points
