Job Description - Excellent opportunity to spearhead plant HR operations for multiple units based out of Faridabad

Client Details

My client is one of the biggest & fastest growing company in the auto-component manufacturing space. As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are currently looking at hiring AGM HR based out of Faridabad.

Description

- Drive local HR activities to meet plant objectives

- Partner with onsite Talent Acquisition team in hiring of plant workforce and collaborate on strategies to meet current and future labor demands

- Serve as trusted advisor to managers and employees in promoting constructive employee relations approaches and practices

- Conduct investigations and recommends action plans, as needed

- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues at the plant, managing expectations throughout

- Provide guidance to staff relating to employment, performance management, organisational development, compensation, employee welfare plans, health & safety, and plant security

- Working with Compensation, proactively monitor the competitiveness of pay rates

- Assess the need for training and coordinate delivery

- Coordinate special events such as employee recognition programs, employee activities, etc

- Be visible presence on the production floor

- Perform other duties, as required

Profile

- You should come with minimum 12 years of experience in managing plant Hr activities end to end from manufacturing space. You should come with excellent team management skills and an ability to work with senior leadership team.
