Online delivery management job opportunity for an aggressive and innovative individual with 5 to 7 years of experience with expertise in business development, P&L management, Strategic Planning, Customer Service and revenue growth within a customer facing brand.

Our client is looking for an IIT Graduate with an entrepreneurial mindset who will handle the direct to consumer online delivery business, through 3rd party vendors like Zomato, Swiggy etc. and will function as a profit centre head.

You will be designing and implementing Online sales strategies and managing Business Operations,and managing overall operations and P&L.

Responsibilities:

- End-end ownership of P&L and strategizing, evaluating, and planning concepts, strategies, visions and missions of online sales/delivery.

- Working with 3rd party vendors and achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets.

- Setting up and monitoring KPIs with Channel partners

- Driving the development of social media tactics as a channel strategy

- Responsible for increasing sales through online channels, increasing online footprint, building process to ensure optimum customer experience

- Driving online sales, digital content, social media, CRM, digital media execution and great online customer experience.

- Identifying opportunities to maximise profit via channel partner management and relationship management, customer insights, cross-functional collaboration and alliances

Requirements:

- IIT Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-7 years of experience of managing sales and P&L management in startup environment

- Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting

- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills, inclusive of other's views

- Strategic thinker who is innovative, creative, and willing to take appropriate risk with maturity in judgment, broad thinking and intellectually agile.

- Prior experience of Strategic Planning and experience in heading profit centre in a customer facing brand
