Job Description
1. Product marketing activities for Power Breakers offer ( ACB, MCCB )
2. Product portfolio management including product strategy, product positioning, product road map, product launches etc to achieve profitable sales
3. Responsible for achieving top line, bottom line and incremental price realization.
4. Drive Demand generation for respective business
5. Tracking of competitor activities and devicing local strategies
6. Creating training modules to equip sales fight competition
7. Create prescription tools to generate a preference for SEI products, thus realizing higher sales and better price realization.
8. Complete pricing activity for the offer.
9. Giving inputs to regional and global teams and participate in the product evolution projects.
10. Giving feedback to quality teams based on product performance in the field.
11. Close coordination with regional teams to arrive at a 3 monthly forecast to ensure consistent deliveries with optimum inventory levels..
Candidate Profile
- The candidate should be a BE with knowledge of distribution systems. MBA preferred.
- Should have an experience of marketing and selling in B2B space.
- Should have an overall experience of 10-12 yrs
- Should have good knowledge in MS Excel, Power Point & should posses good analytical and Presentation skills
