Assistant General Manager - Marketing - Retail (7-11 yrs)

- Assist in formulating the overall marketing strategy for the Center in order to increase the trading density and maximize revenues

- Assist in formulating the annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections; with inputs from Advertising and PR, Revenue Maximization & New initiatives.

- Assist in preparing the detailed plan for revenue generation / maximization through signage's, partnerships & alliances, corporate tie-ups through BD, etc. Drive the implementation of the same as per Center financial goals

- Assist in formulating the marketing calendar for the year in terms of marketing initiatives, branding, and promotional activities

- Overall responsibility for planning the PR and advertising operations to enhance the image of the Center(Mall) by ensuring regular advertising using all possible media as well as good coverage of various events/ occasions/ initiatives, etc.

- Initiate the preparation of a detailed advertising plan for the Center, brief the advertising agency on the same and ensure effective implementation of the various components of the plan

- Effective use of various social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) maintaining a connect with select target audience and for promotion of various initiatives of the Center

- Explore partnership with various magazines, radio channels, brands, retailers, corporate either as part of barter exchange or otherwise, for the promotion of the various activities of the Center

- Ensure that all permissions/ licenses from local municipal authorities/ government and other regulatory bodies for events, signage's, hoarding and all other marketing interventions are in place, in coordination with the Liaison team
