Assistant General Manager - Legal - Real Estate/Infra (15-20 yrs)

1. Should have good experience in customer services work
2. Mediation as would be meeting up with customers so if there is some experience of mediation would be helpful
3. Consumer litigation experience so he/she is aware of what the customers are seeking and how we can settle with them in view of the orders being passed by various Courts in Consumer matters.
4. Drafting settlement agreements/withdrawal applications and other customer related documents.
5. Hands on experience in meeting customers and settling with them at minimum possible outflow.
6. Candidate preferred from Real Estate/ Infra company
- Experience should be 15-20 Years.
