- Strong experience in legal issues related to stressed financial assets.

- Strong exposure and knowledge about legal documentation related to the acquisition, restructuring of stressed financial assets.

- Excellent knowledge about legal issues related to insolvency resolution

- Experience related to proceedings/procedures with respect to SARFAESI, DRT/DRAT, NCLT etc.

- Good command over legal drafting/documentation.
