Need a strong candidate who needs to drive this department and can understand the L&OD thoroughly, currently who is at Manager or Sr. Manager level person will be suitable fit with team handling experience.
Scope:
- Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their training requirements
- Identify gaps in organizational capability and devise strategies for addressing these
- Support a learning culture with a strong focus on achieving the full potential of employees through a wide range of development interventions including coaching, mentoring and action learning
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Develop and implement an effective process for identifying and developing talent and skills to meet current and future needs
- Develop a structured approach to talent management and succession planning
- Drive the OD initiatives in the organization
- Conduct Employee engagement surveys and drive action planning thereof
- Create and track training budgets
