Assistant General Manager - Internal Audit - CA (8-14 yrs)
AGM - Internal Audit
Key Result Areas :
- To independently lead Internal Audit engagements. Investigation assignments under pre-defined mission & special request from the Audit Committee.
- To execute audit engagements & investigation ensuring that methodologies governing internal audits & investigations are followed with coverage of all the Risks & methods.
- To independently prepare the Audit program in consultation with CFO.
- To effectively & continuously report & communicate audit findings & recommendations to Audit Committee & other stakeholders, Business Units, Departments.
- To work as a window person & coordinate with all the Business Units & Departments during external MELCO Audit.
- To monitor the company's DOA system whether it is working properly.
- Help daily operations of each Business Unit, department from an internal control point of view.
- Provide assurance & analyze operations confirm the defined policies & recommendations for improvements.
Personal Trails & Skills :
- Good academic record preferably CA with first attempts
- Actively pursued Article ship reputed firm of CA.
- Currently working in reputed manufacturing and trading organizations
- High attention to details
- High analytical skills with an ability to analyze large volume of data
- Preferably possess Forensic Audit Skills
- Good Knowledge of Accounting & financial controls, accounting standards, GST, Internal Control processes, Risk Management
- Good Communication Skills (both verbal and written), Report drafting skills, Internal personal skills
- CA with 1st Attempt required
