Chief People Officer - Human Resources - FMCG/Manufacturing/Telecom (8-10 yrs)
As a key member of the senior management team, the General Manager - HR would be part of the Leadership Team of north India Businesses. The incumbent would report into the Chief People Officer but would head the HR for whole north India geography.
The AGM HR will be responsible for end to end HR and will also play a consultative role to the business head COO on people matters especially Leadership Development. He/she will also interact very closely with the other functional heads. The key challenge will be to bring HR to the expected level and integrate with the group. The successful candidate will have a full complement of leadership competencies as well as a proven ability in the following areas:
