Assistant General Manager - Human Resources - FMCG/Manufacturing/Telecom
- As a key member of the senior management team, the General Manager - HR would be part of the Leadership Team of South India Businesses. The incumbent would report into the Chief People Officer but would head the HR for whole south India geography.
- The AGM HR will be responsible for end to end HR and will also play a consultative role to the business head COO on people matters especially Leadership Development. He/she will also interact very closely with the other functional heads.
- The key challenge will be to bring HR to the expected level and integrate with the group. The successful candidate will have a full complement of leadership competencies as well as a proven ability in the following areas:
