AGM - HR
Job Purpose :
- The role will be supporting to Head HR by identifying and developing HR solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis. Also provide Strategic support in order to realise HR Objectives.
- To lead activities like Recruitment, Compliance, AOP, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Efficiency, Employee Connect, Attrition Analysis, Performance Management etc.,
- Partners with BHR, CHR and Site HRs and also responsible for complete Project Site Coordination
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Employee Relations and Statutory Compliance
- Staffing Plan & Talent Acquisition
- HR Business Partner: Preparation, finalization and monitoring of HR Annual Operational Plans that meets the Business strategic objectives. Also monitoring AOP Vs. Actuals and Variance analysis from time to time.
- Talent Management and Development
- Grievance Management Process
- Employee Engagement
