Dynamic, self driven, HR Generalist to lead the Human Resource function of a fast growing US based ITES Company for its India operations. Key Accountabilities : - Develop Business aligned HR Strategies &amp; Plans and drive implementation - Proactively Source, Hire and On-board requisite Talent to meet the Talent needs - Lead appropriate - Best-in- Class- Engagement interventions to maintain high employee morale, motivation and a productive work environment - Plan and implement People Development interventions including Talent Assessment, individual development planning and succession - Develop a market and Industry driven Compensation &amp; Benefits strategy to drive a Performance Culture, attract and retain High Potential talent - Establish robust HR Processes,Policies and Practices, to create an exciting work place environment - Drive Performance Management process to ensure fair and equitable Reward and Recognition at all levels. - Be the custodian of the company Values and Culture at all times; institutionalize them - Oversee the Administrative services for a productive and engaging work environment - Ensure compliance with all statutory and other regulatory requirements - Plan &amp; manage the HR budget and costs The Candidate: - MBA or Master's Degree in HR with 12-15 years of well rounded experience in diverse HR domains. At least 3 years as HRBP for a sizeable business/operations. - The incumbent should have preferably worked in the state of Gujarat and be familiar with the local workforce, state laws, machinery and environment. Fluency in Gujarati is desirable. Required Skills: - Hands-on experience of managing multiple HR domains - Strong leadership and People management skills - Ability to align and influence key stakeholders, peers and the Leadership team - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills : - Ability to effectively build relationships and credibility
