We are currently recruiting a AGM Health Claims for a leading GI company. This role is based in Chennai The role will involve : 1. Supervise preparation of case Summaries, Claims adjudication for Indemnity, Hospital cash, Critical Illness and Personal accident. 2. Formulate Investigation Brief, Settlement sheet, Customer Correspondence, complaint resolution and manage investigations. 3. Assure prompt, fair, and equitable settlement of claims 4. Co-ordinate with Compliance and Legal Department 5. Liaise with legal department on Ombudsman and legal cases pertaining to claims 6. Monitor and ensure that claims related complaints are resolved efficiently & effectively 7. Supervise documentation of all claims related processes 8. Measure service standards on a continuous basis 9. Impart training to the TPA on product benefits, claims philosophy and the claims processing guidelines 10. Liaise with the TPA to ensure timely and effective claims processing
