Hiring for Assistant General Manager/General Manager - IR

Salary up to- 45 to 55 Lakhs/-Annum

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline with a Masters in Human Resources. Must have minimum 15 years experience and a minimum 5 to 7 years in managing Industrial Relations function in a large manufacturing setup.

Location:- Mumbai

Must Haves:

1. 15 years - experience

2. Good Communication skills

3. Qualified HR person

4. Exposure of liaising with Govt. Bodies or Authorities

5. Handled unions

6. Experience in handling Basic Factory Laws

7. Managed multiple locations

8. Min Headcount handled 2500-3000

Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible for the business in the region.

2. Direct Sales Role for certain accounts who are only consumers of that specific business

3. Help Account team to sell their product/service

4. 70% through account manager and 30% direct (excluding large IP led deals)

5. Responsible for local regional Events

6. Sales Enablement at the regional level.

7. Product Collateral availability for regional sales..

8. Responsible for the Growth in Revenue, GC.

Duties and responsibilities

1) Monitor and Ensure adherence to statutory compliances in respect of all Establishments / Printing Locations of BCCL pan India.

2) Monitor and Ensure optimum deployment and utilization of Outsourced Manpower. Analyze and suggest ways for cost reduction, automation, derisking the processes from statutory risks under various applicable laws like WJ Act

3) Advise Locational SPOCs on legal, statutory and compliance matters under varied labor statutes.

4) Analyze and suggest modifications to compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure productivity and compliance with legal requirements.

5 )Liaison with statutory authorities, trade union leaders and other stakeholders, negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.

6) Plan, organize or coordinate the training on statutory and Employee relations activities

7) Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
