AGM / GM - Corporate Communication - Infrastructure Job Summary : The incumbent will lead the organizations communications and will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission. Duties/Responsibilities : - Identify key talking points to be communicated across marketing initiatives and create a messaging doc - Create a Brand Book - To establish a communication style, brand language, and to streamline all communication activities - Prepare detailed media activity reports. - Manage and improve organizations social media handles. - Build leadership LinkedIn/ social media profiles (Improve connections, conduct workshops on suitably using social media). - Create a plan to revamp the website - Conduct management meetings, get agencies on board - Create communication and marketing strategies for new projects, launches, events, and promotions. - Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organizations mission. - Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials. - Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials. - Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. - Work with other departments to generate new ideas and strategies. - Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication / social media-ready. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication. - Explore participation opportunities at events, conferences, conventions etc. and create a calendar of upcoming events - Conduct town halls / open-houses for the organization and employees to stay connected with the employees and also to communicate certain key values that the management wants the employees to inculcate - Curate an internal monthly newsletter to communicate the business trends, industry trends, employee initiative etc. - Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest. - Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.
