AGM - Formulation Program Management

- Responsible for program management of formulation.

- Responsible for R&D Projects within R&D Capacities (that is tracking and ensuring timely completion of Prototype development, BA/BE studies, timely filing, Approvals etc.)

- Work in close coordination with Plant PMO team to transfer the development products technology from R&D to plants.

- Cross functional collaboration: Project kick-off, Stage Gates, Launch gates, Project reviews, Change Management.
