Assistant General Manager - Financial Analyst - BFS (5-7 yrs)
1. Prepare financial models for new investment opportunities
2. Carry out market research by speaking with brokers and visiting competing projects
3. Prepare investment memos for IC approval of new investments / exit.
4. Working on presentations, data analysis for presentation to Senior Management / Investors / Directors of JSHPL
5. Update financial models for existing investments on a quarterly basis and prepare quarterly reporting updates in the format/s required by Investors. Responding to investors- requirements on data / presentation / business plan etc. is to be treated on utmost priority.
6. Liaise and co-ordinate with offshore entities / administrator for smooth flow of financial information and attending to any specific information requirement.
7. Facilitation of documentation for facilities from sanction till disbursement including the finalization of term sheet, documentation, co-ordination with their Legal Department, execution of documents, etc.
8. Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Reporting updates for all Lenders / Financial Institutions / Rating Agencies
9. Quarterly Presentation on Budgets and Variance Analysis
