Assistant General Manager - Finance - Manufacturing Industry - CA

As the AGM Finance, you will oversee the financial operations within the manufacturing sector, ensuring the effective management of financial strategies and compliance. Your responsibilities will include :

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Audit & Compliance: Manage internal controls and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Cost Management: Analyze cost structures and implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and ensuring effective performance management.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) only.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior finance role within the manufacturing industry.

Skills: Strong financial acumen, leadership abilities, experience with financial software, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing financial processes.
