Assistant General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate - CA (10-20 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Finalization of Book of Accounts
- Preparation of MIS, Project viability, Budget, and various other reports/presentation for Management.
- Preparation & submission of financial data for Banks/financial institutions
- Taxation - Direct/GST & compliances
- Treasury functions.
- Statutory and Internal Audit Coordination.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10 years plus post qualification experience with an organization of repute and standing.
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, sound commercial knowledge and understanding and strong leadership quality.
- Experience in a Real Estate will be an added advantage.
