Assistant General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Automotive Manufacturing

Desired Profile :

- CA with 12-15 years experience in a mfg. sector;

- Well conversant with Indian GAAP/IFRS;

- Well conversant with Indirect & Direct Taxation;

- Well Conversant with accounting in ERP environment,

- Ability to deal with cross-functional Heads/team;

- Strong in communication skills and ability to manage team;

Job Description :

- In-charge of accounting / budgetary control functions for - all the Units in all Finance matters of the business vertical of northern region

- To maintain financial administration systems and processes that comply with the Indian. GAAP guidelines of the Corporate Accounting Manual and are consistent with the Company's approach to financial administration;

- Working closely with the GM- ( F & A) - Corporate Finance- to develop exhaustive and detailed financial plans, annual reports, statutory reports, budgets and Forecasts;

- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Accounts of the organization;

- Preparation of Monthly schedules and their reconciliation with the Trial Balance;

- Preparing accurate financial and management accounting information, ensuring compliance with local- corporate reporting and statutory requirements and adhering to tight time schedules;

- Would act as a Business Enabler / Facilitator by supporting the business operations instead of taking a Controller's view / attitude;

- Implement Finance / Accounting / Costing systems and ensuring that they meet with the overall Company objectives and requirements;

- Supporting in developing- manuals and policies incorporating best Finance & Accounting practices which would be reviewed and updated to ensure a top end bench-mark in the industry;

- Would be leading the Credit management and Insurance policies for the Units;

- Co-ordinating with Internal and statutory auditors;

- Comply with accounting, company law, taxation, and foreign exchange regulations and ensure all returns are filed on time.
