Assistant General Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI/Telecom (9-16 yrs)
We are Urgently Hiring for AGM - Direct Sales with a Top Brand - Mumbai (DSA/DST handling is must.
Preferred Candidates would be from Banking/Telecom/and Insurance Industry only.
- Direct Sales is composed of several sub verticals - DSA / O-B Contact Centers/ Rural DSA/Slum DSA / DST Operations.
To manage some /all sub verticals on the following parameters -
- Business Planning
- Driving /reviewing business through regions
- Planning/ Reviewing Channel Build up & Channel Efficiencies
- Partner/Employee Engagement Programs
- Monitoring Quality of acquisitions
- Controlling Channel Spends
This is a National Role based out of Corporate Office in Mumbai.
