MBA desirable. - Minimum of 6-8 years sales experience out which 3 years in Digital Sales. - Existing relationship with large advertisers &amp; media agencies is required. - MBA preferred. - Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. - Strong planning ability &amp; customer orientation. - Thorough on problem solving abilities &amp; negotiation skills. - Go getter with hands-on sales approach. Required Job Specifications: - Generate &amp; exceed assigned Revenue targets per month - Execute &amp; establish any new media solutions across platforms that is developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region. - Cultivate new large accounts in the region. - Drive strategy, negotiate and finalize deals across Website, Mobile Site &amp; Apps in the region. - Work strongly with Major clients and advertising agency with decision makers and influencers - Participate in building &amp; monetizing new media solutions.
