A leading Indian food company is looking for AGM/DGM - Quality Assurance
- Leading the QA department- supporting the QA functions with team alignment and enforcing the Food Safety & Quality Standards with over all accountability of hygiene, quality & food safety compliance, HACCP Plan, Food Safety & Quality Management as per FSSC 22000 and BRC Food Safety Standard,
- Vendor development,
- Calibration & verification,
- Process control,
- Evaluation of KPI, quality scores,
- Customer complaints handling and tracking system 8D root cause analysis,
- Environmental monitoring through ATP & Listeria testing, External lab testing,
- Coordinating with Corporate Food Safety & Quality Team and conducting Food Safety & hygiene training and competence mappings.
- Supporting all customer and regulatory audits with compliance on food safety management system. Managing the company's occupational safety program within a functional area, assuring compliance with various national standards (OHSAS/ FSSC 22000 / HACCP/ BRC/FDA) and interpret safety and occupational health standards.
- Redefining the critical parameters and R&D handover product release protocol, Complaint tracking system with outlets, exports and domestic markets.
