AGM/DGM- Product Analytics We are looking for a Product Analytics candidate with strong analytics and Insights function. Will be an independent contributor capable of taking complete ownership of project. It will require solid understanding of the business objectives, formulating the analytic solution and executing/ implementing to deliver the solution. Expectations/ Requirements : - Should be responsible for analytics and insights function under Paytm Ads business team that impact the business and product decisions. - Should be able to proactively and independently identify pain points of business and generate insights to solve those - Thought leadership in analytics requirements and effectively partnering with the engineering team for data flows and data validations. - Driving the ad hoc analysis requests and discovering user behaviour patterns while conducting such analysis. Circulating and making the team aware of such insights and patterns. - Should be able to drive the selection of tools for effective analysis and build process to work efficiently on insights generation - Should be able to work independently and proactively along with business and product leaders and coordinate with various team members Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role : - 5-7 years of experience in Analytics and insights function - Should be very fluent with data analysis tools, SQL, etc. - Prior Industry: e-commerce/Fintech/services brand preferred. Other industry experience is also welcome. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in tech startups. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience of leading a small team of analysts would be a plus
