Job Description :
Revenue Targets :
- Set Revenue Targets in accord with the Board mandate for new incremental business and ensure fulfilment.
- To create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximizing account and revenue growth.
- To negotiate beneficial and competitive rate cards and contracts with clients' procurement team.
- Ensuring assessment and approval of estimate and timely closure of invoices by the CS team.
- Managing the P&L of all projects at a board approved level.
- Ensuring timely management of client receivables.
Cross Selling / Up-Selling :
- Identify, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the current client base and bring new opportunities to the business.
- To build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company's existing client revenue target is achieved.
- To identify, initiate and nurture relationships with partner companies, sister concerns and different department of an existing client.
Strategic Objectives :
- Manage the financial budget and hiring plans for the Client Servicing Team.
- Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues until resolved.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients marketing and business objectives and drive. High-level strategic plans and objectives.
- Provide strong & relevant account management coaching in the field of play.
- Create new sales tools including marketing presentations.
- Identify, develop and build differentiators in client offerings.
- To input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives.
- To drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients.
- To promote the company's vision and values.
Training & Team :
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of subordinates, follow best practices, manage & train resources.
- To hire and build a team of professionals primarily involved in CS.
- Manage the tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of deliverables.
- Create an environment of healthy inter departmental coordination with other departments.
- To be responsible for self-development and to participate in the company performance development process.
Process Adherence :
- Managing internal and external processes including, departmental MIS, Reviews, Training, Forecasts, etc. on weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures of the department.
- To carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Deliver all aspects with the HR including recruitment, review, appraisals.
- Maintaining confidentiality & Non-disclosure for the departmental work.
