Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Mining Operations

Position/Role: Lead-Mines (Bauxite, Quartzite & Dolomite)

Grade/Level: AGM/DGM

Reporting To: Head-Mines

Function: Mines

Notice Period: Immediate, 15 days or Max. 30 Days

Role Responsibilities:

- Mining operations in Bauxite, Quartzite & Dolomite mines & the necessary documentation management

- Drive & ensure compliances to all Safety & Environment related Statutory Acts, Rules & processes

- Manage the Mines operations statutory clearances from the relevant authorities, pertaining to Mines, Explosives, Environment, Forest, etc.

- Explore possibility of new mines/mineral deposits, as per Government notifications/feasibility, from time to time

Minimum Qualification : B Tech-Mining Engineering/M.Sc Geology having IInd Class Mines Manager certification from DGMS

Desired Experience :

- Core experience into mining role with minimum experience of 15-20 years

- Currently handling similar role

- Exposure of Refractory industry an added advantage

Key Skills Must Have:
