Post: AGM/ DGM (Legal)  Location: Gurgaon.  Qualifications: LLB and/or LLM Degree/s from a College/University of repute.  Experience:  Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience.  Weightage will be given to experience in a Corporate Real Estate Company.  Profile :  - Expertise in Drafting and vetting of contracts. Candidates with Leasing commercial areas background preferred.  - Should be well versed with Acts/ rules/ regulations to be followed in Leasing of high volume commercial spaces, corporate and real estate laws, Land and property rules & regulations.   - He should be able to draft contracts comprehensively thereby minimizing the scope of any litigation in future.  - Provide legal advice to relevant stakeholders.  - Should be able to clearly brief the Senior external counsels of the Company on the particular case/s, if any.  - He should have excellent drafting skills, good command over English language (written as well as verbal).  - Thorough Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Norms.   - Strong oral and written communication skills in English  - Strong ability to create efficient intra-team and inter-team relationships  - Extremely Professional approach to work and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity to work  - Negotiation skills.
