LOCATION : MUMBAI
TEAM SIZE : INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR FOR STRATEGIC HR INITIATIVES
COMPANY : Large size Indian manufacturing company with more than 5000 employees
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Person would be working with HR head and Business heads and promoters to drive strategic HR Initiatives
- drive corporate HR initiatives across the company and all the manufacturing plants
- Support plant HR heads and plant leadership team
- Create and implement corporate HR policies and new initiatives across all the BUs, plants and locations
- Drive Performance management, Balance Score card implementation, succession planning, Buddy program, Leadership development and employee engagement activities
- Work with IT to effectively use technology for company wide effective communication and drive learning and development initiatives
Experience and Qualification :
- Candidate must be MBA HR - Full Time from a reputed Institute
- Experience of 10 to 15 years of experience in HR
- Must have exposure to Manufacturing / Plant HR
- Should have worked for organization with more than 2000+ employees
- Preferably done a role at the Corporate HR of a large group / organization
- Willing to Travel to company plant and support local HR managers and plant leaders
