This is regarding an opening for with a leading NBFC in Eastern India.
Role : Business Manager (AGM/DGM/GM)
Location : Kolkata

Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for achievement of overall business targets - disbursements, AUM, revenue, profits .
2. Responsible for maintaining portfolio quality at expected level.
3. Responsible for ensuring achievement of process adherence and compliance of laid down policies at business level.
4. Responsible for strategic planning of the business unit- drafting annual budgets, strategic objectives & goals.
5. Responsible for drafting policies and guidelines pertaining to the business department and act as a custodian of such policies.
6. Responsible for designing new delivery channels and introduce existing products into these delivery channels.
7. Responsible for overall growth & development of S&C partners - the improvement will be tracked by progress on monthly - performance score cards of S&C partners.
8. Responsible for overall growth & development of team members by defining job roles, setting KPIs, mapping growth plan, enhance competency.
9. The improvement in competency and performance of the team members will be measured by the annual performance review score of each of the team member.
Requirements :
1. Should have experience in credit assessment.
2. Hands-on experience in Financial Credibility.
3. Should have worked in the BC set up or should have experience in BC management.
