Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Compensation & Benefits - FMCG (15-20 yrs)

A. JOB PURPOSE

End to end management of HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll management including rewards and recognition. Benchmarking latest industry trends in the area of Compensation & Rewards and accordingly implementing the best-practices in the organization.

B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Lead the entire gamut of HR operations and ensure successful delivery of operational services.

2. Design and define the compensation guidelines and framework as per overall business objectives.

3. Create and streamline the Total rewards policies and programs to drive business excellence and growth.

4. Driving the annual compensation plan including budget plan, annual expenditure budgeting, salary planning as per competitive standards.

5. Support the Group CHRO in design, management approvals, implementation of all policy, system changes across the different business verticals.

6. Harmonization and streamlining of existing benefits & policies after employee impact analysis, cost simulations and market benchmarking leading to a high quality of employee satisfaction.

7. Leading the entire Payroll function including implementing best practices for compliance, employee grievances and other HR-related developments.

8. Look after the employee grievances and ensure they are getting resolved

9. Interacting with the plant HR managers for monthly HR related MIS

10. Aligning with stakeholders for best Human Resource practices.

E. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

- 15+ years professional experience in C&B, HR Operations including Rewards and Recognition Payroll Management

- Preferred Industry - FMCG/ Foods/ Pharma/ Manufacturing/ Chemicals

Ideal Experience -

- Demonstrated HR initiatives, delivery & implementation

- Strong team management skills.

- Strong exp. in human resource partnership role - demonstrated collaboration and influencing skills

- Demonstrated the ability to manage big projects and process flow.
